The good reviews are 100% fake. Please do not believe them. The rooms are dirty. You do not even get basic things like a kettle and tea bags. During extreme cold, they could not even arrange a heater for us, which was chargeable, and we had agreed to pay for it.
Most of the time, they do not want to cook. One day, I had to go to their dirty kitchen to cook Maggi for breakfast.
On most nights, we only had to eat dal chawal. We never ate there during the afternoon. On most mornings, we could not find anyone to place an order. The experience was horrible! We had to stay there just because we had paid in advance.
